Is there Wi-Fi available?
Can you use mobile phones at the woodland site?
Yes. Some networks are better than others due to the location. EE and Vodafone work the best!
Are there power supplies available on site?
Yes. There are 2 electrical sockets available in the awning of Bedroam. There is sufficient electricity at Bedroam, but it is not limitless. It really depends on what appliance(s) you are wanting to plug in! Please check with Bedroam
Are there power points available for a laptop/mobile phone?
Yes. Each sleeping pod has its own power point.
How much water is there?
There is more than sufficient water for all guest’s showers etc. during their 2-night stay at Bedroam.
Is there any drinking water?
Yes. We provide 24 x 500 ml bottles of drinking for our guests. If you run out, we suggest you pop to the local village shop or supermarket to top up on supplies!
Do you provide bed linen, towels and bath mats?
Are toiletries provided?
Yes. Both bathrooms have supplies of shower gel and soap.
Do we need to bring our own toilet paper?
Is there a microwave and cooker available?
Can guests arrange outside catering?
Yes. We would recommend using a local catering company called Saunts. Bedroam guests have used them several times in the past for BBQs and Buffets. Very popular!
Will supermarkets deliver to Bedroam woodland?
Do you provide cutlery, crockery, glasses, mugs and BBQ tongs?
What items are available for use in the kitchen area?
There is a kettle, toaster, medium sized fridge (with ice compartment) and Nespresso machine with expresso cups and pods. We also supply tea, coffee and hot chocolate. There is a small sink along with washing up liquid, a tea towel and soap.
What should I wear?
As you will be staying in our lovely woodland, we strongly advise that you bring a sensible pair of shoes e.g. trainers, hiking style boots. Leggings are always a comfortable option as you can dress up or down whether you are in the woodland or going out. A hoody/jumper would be another sensible choice of clothing should the temperature
drop in the evening and a waterproof jacket (just to be on the safe side) Basically, go for comfort and warmth!
What other items may I want to bring?
Warm outdoor clothes, Blanket (for round the fire or in the awning), Torches, Games (rounders, cricket, frisbee etc.), Music System.
Is there parking?
Yes, there is ample parking!

What are Check-in/Departure times at Bedroam?
Check-in at 3pm/Check-out by 3.30pm please. If you need to arrive earlier, please email or ring the office to arrange.
Who greets us?
You will be met by the owner of Bedroam, Ollie Kemp. Ollie will run through everything with you including a Health and Safety Induction. If Ollie is not available, you will be met by his sister Lydia Pike.
Who do we contact if there are any problems during our stay?
Ollie is available 24/7 on 07870 174477 should you have any concerns.
Can we decorate Bedroam, the awning and the surrounded woodland?
Yes, absolutely! All we ask is that you follow these simple rules to help us look after Bedroam and our lovely woodland and wildlife:
Please use Sellotape NOT Blu-tac
Party poppers, confetti, balloons filled with confetti/glitter must NOT be used on site
Chinese Sky Lanterns are NOT allowed on site
Is Bedroam easy to find?
Yes. Please use YO42 4SR for your Sat Nav. Bedroam Woodland is located between 2 Farms, Brickyard Farm and Park Farm down Throughley Lane. The entrance to the woodland is on the right-hand side approx. 200 yards down. You will see the Bedroam sign on the gate.
